This part of the website examines some real life issues to do with Administrative Power and the Law in Aged Care institutions.  The focus here is on freedom to move and meet with people under the government’s regulatory regimes (both Federal and State), in the context of a pandemic.  Who has power to do what?  Who abuses it?  And what can be done about it?
