Video Series Q&A Sessions

Six free Q&A sessions for “The Search” and “Keys to Power” video series.

If you have access to our video series, you will be able to watch several videos on administrative law and investigations topics, and then do our quizzes to help to deepen your understanding of what’s covered.

In the video series “The Search”, we cover fundamentals of investigations from an administrative law perspective, such as: get the framework of your investigation clear; learn how to question witnesses; what happens if you doctor notes.

In the video series “Keys to Power”, we cover some important cases on administrative law issues, such as: unreasonableness; what is covered in “merits review”, and what happens when an administrator exceeds their statutory power.

We have decided to offer some free general QandA sessions to discuss the videos. The idea is to help you deepen your understanding and apply the knowledge more effectively in your work.

The format will be Zoom, and you can ask questions online as we go. The sessions are only 45 minutes, and easy to fit into your day! So book now for our free online QandA sessions on “The Search” and “Keys to Power”.
